Book With Beans’
Deposit:
At the time that you book with Beans’ we will take a deposit to secure your date. Deposit amount is nonrefundable $250.00 and will also be deducted from the top of your final bill.
There will be a partial refundable deposit for formal drop off. This deposit will be $250.00, of which $150.00 will be refundable. This deposit will be returned to the client at the time of equipment pickup/return.
Billing:
Beans is happy to be able to accept most forms of payment. We can take the following payment forms:
PayPal/Venmo - There will be an additional 1% of final bill added.
Cash/MO
Check
Credit Card - There will be an additional 3% of final bill added.
All menu items are subject to tax based on the county that the event is held in.
To ensure that you are enjoying your event, and not focusing on catering on the day of, Beans’ will collect the balance in the following manner:
Half of party balance will be collected two weeks before your event. If within two weeks due at time of booking.
Remaining balance can be collected at any point up to the day before service is rendered.
Delivery:
Delivery fee is a flat rate of $50.00.
Services and Fees:
Full Services Rates will be, $150.00 for two hours of service. There will be an additional hourly rate fee of $100.00.
For parties with under 30 guests there will be a $50.00 fee, for racks and heating sources. If these items are not needed for the client’s event, the $50.00 fee will not be assessed.
Event planning and coordination will be $30.00 per hour. This will include help with scheduling appointments, viewing venues etc. Specific requests from the client can be discussed on a case by case basis.

Due to health code restriction, no outside foods may be associated with a Beans’ catered event. The client may discuss any concerns at the time of booking.

Changes to Terms and Conditions:
We reserve the right, at Our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material we will make reasonable efforts to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
By continuing to use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, in whole or in part, please contact us to discuss your service.
