Boneless Chicken- Marsala, Lemon & Dill, or Bacon & Shallot

Beef- Tender Beef Stew

Pork- Smothered Chops

Pasta- Roasted Red Pepper Alfredo

MacNCheese- Five Cheese Baked

Salt Potatoes- garlic, butter, parley, and parmesan cheese

Ratatouille- Squash, Zucchini, Eggplant Roasted and Stewed with tomatoes and Thyme.

Appetizers

Jalapeno Poppers- Bacon wrapped cheese stuffed peppers

Bruschetta Crostini- Tiny diced Roma tomatoes, red onions, basil, parm cheese, balsamic and EVOO
